Q: How do I verify my email address?

A: When you sign up for an account with YSG, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Click the "Verify my email address" button in the email to complete the registration process.

Q: I did not receive the verification email from YSG. What should I do?

A: If the verification email is not received after 5 minutes from your account registration, please check your junk or spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us via email at [email protected] or live chat function for assistance.

Q: I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

A: Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the YSG login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Q: How do I update my account details?

A: Sign in to your account. Click on "Account" located on the Top Right of the YSG main page. Make your preferred changes and then select "Update Profile"

Q: Are the products sold on YSG authentic?

A: YSG offers products for sale only from original brand owners and authorised distributors.

Q: How can I be a seller on YSG?

A: You may indicate your interest to sell with us by one of the following ways:
     1. Fill up the form at https://ysg.com.sg/be-a-seller
     2. Contact us via email at [email protected] or live chat function

Q: What are your Live Chat Operating Hours?

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
