Q: What is LatitudePay?

A: LatitudePay is YSG's Buy Now Pay Later ("BNPL") service provider. With LatitudePay, your payment will be split into 3 interest free installments using any valid Mastercard or Visa credit cards in Singapore.

No fees are charged when you follow your automatic payment schedule. However, late fees will be imposed by LatitudePay on missed payments. More information on this can be found here.

Q: Why do I need an LatiudePay Account when I already have a YSG Account?

A: YSG does not handle the processing of the Buy Now Pay Later Service. The service is managed entirely by LatitudePay.

Q: What are the requirements to apply for an LatitudePay Account?

A: To sign up for an LatitudePay account, you must meet the following requirements:
    - Be 18 years old or above
    - A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident - Residing in Singapore
    - Have a valid email address
    - Have a Singapore registered Mobile Number
    - Have a valid credit card or debit card issued in Singapore with good credit rating.

Q: Is there a Minimum Purchase Amount to use LatitudePay?

A: For a transaction to be eligible for the Buy Now Pay Later service, the value has to be minimally $5.

Q: My application for an LatitudePay Account was denied. What should I do?

Q: What happens to my Instalment Payment Plan if I cancel my Order?

A: For cancellations approved by YSG and have not been fully paid via LatitudePay, any payments already made will be refunded to your card that was registered for your LatitudePay account and your remaining payments will be cancelled.

LatitudePay processes approved refunds within 14 business days. You can check the status of return credits and refunds via the LatitudePay mobile application. You may reach out directly to LatitudePay for assistance via this link.

Q: Can I change the schedule of payments?

A: The first payment will be charged when your Order is placed. The remaining 2 payments will automatically be charged over 2 periods of 30 days.  You can directly access your payment schedule in the LatitudePay app or via the LatitudePay Consumer Portal. The payment schedule is also sent by LatitudePay via email and a reminder will be sent ahead of each scheduled payment due date.

Q: Does LatitudePay store my credit/debit card information?

A: LatitudePay does not store your credit/debit card information.
