Q: What credit cards are accepted for payment?
A: YSG accepts payments from Visa and Mastercard.
Q: Why did my payment fail?
A: There are several reasons why a payment may fail. Some of the more common reasons include:
1. Wrong credit card details such as
a. Your card number and card verification value (CVV)
b. Visa or MasterCard SecureCode OTP, if applicable
2. The credit limit of your card has been exceeded or there are insufficient funds in your bank account if you are using a debit card.
3. Your card has expired.

Q: Will I receive confirmation on whether payment for an order is successful?
A: Upon a successful order transaction, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 1-2 minutes. In the event that you did not receive it, you may log into your account to check your Purchase History or reach out to us via email at cs@ysg.asia or our live chat function for assistance.
Q: Is my credit/debit card information stored on your website?
A: Your security is important to us and we take this very seriously. YSG does not retain any credit/debit card information and all transactions are processed over secured encryption protocols. Our payment processor will use only the information required to process the transaction for your order.
Q: Can I pay for my Order upon delivery?
A: YSG only accepts payments via online transactions.
