Q: What is a Private Sale?
A: Private Sale (“Sale”) is approved by YSG from time to time for the sale of products at discounted prices on the YSG Marketplace. The Sale may be opened to the public but in some instances, the Sale is a closed-door event for invited guests only which requires a valid access code. Regardless of the nature of the Sale, you would need a working YSG account.
Q: If a Private Sale has ended, can I still purchase the items?
A: The exclusive discounts and promotions in the Private Sale will not be applicable once the sale has ended.
Q: Can promotional or discount vouchers be used in a Private Sale?
A: Promotional vouchers are applicable on full price products only and cannot be applied to products which are already discounted. As all Private Sale products are selling at discounted prices, the products will not be eligible for further price reduction. For the avoidance of doubt, the listed price of any Private Sale product is final.
