Q: What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item(s)? Can I get return it for an exchange or refund ?

A: Should you receive a wrong or damaged item, please follow the simple steps below for us to process a return/refund for you.

    1) Contact our Customer Service Team via [email protected] or our live chat function within 24 hours from receiving the item.
    2) Include photo evidence of the wrong or damaged item.
    3) On our Customer Service Team's confirmation, you may return the item within 7 days using trackable mail services.
    4) Upon receipt of the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. It takes between 5-10 business days from the day we effect the refund for it to be
        reflected in your credit card statement.

All returned items must be in their original condition, packaging and include all other items such as free gifts, tags, manuals, accessories etc.

Outlet Products, Private Sales Products and Clearance Sales Products sold on this Platform do not qualify for any changes after an Order had been made, cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds.
