Q: If my order contains products from different stores on YSG, how is the shipping fee charged?
A: Orders above $80 from the same store qualifies for YSG Free Shipping unless otherwise indicated. If you purchase products from a different store and where the value is less than $80, a $2 delivery fee will be charged on that Order. For orders that have a different shipping fee, you may check with our agents via live chat or write us an email at [email protected].
Q: I need my items urgently, can I do a self pick up from YSG?
A: YSG does not offer the option of self pick-up.
