This wine displays a color that reflects its long evolution, deep garnet red with a medium-high layer. At the rim of the glass, distinct tile and orange tones appear, the result of controlled evolution and maturation over the required five years. On the palate, the most notable feature is its silky and velvety texture. Tannins, once firm in its youth, are now completely polished and rounded thanks to its long barrel and bottle aging. On the nose, the Gran Reserva is a wine of great complexity and elegance, with high intensity dominated by tertiary aromas where the fruit has evolved.
