Aquamin™ calcified red seaweed (Lithothamnion calcareum)     1000 mg

Providing:

Elemental Calcium             285 mg

Elemental Magnesium (with 72 other naturally-present marine minerals in a trace quantities)     20.9 mg

Dosage

Adults take one to two tablets a day, before food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Breastfeeding mothers take two to three tablets a day, or as directed by a healthcare professional, to help ensure adequate calcium intake.
