– Once the order has been confirmed/“shipped” in the system, no cancellation will be accepted

– No change of date/time/address will be allowed

– Orders must be placed at least 5 working days in advance (exclude the day of order), to secure a delivery spot

– Photos are for illustration purposes only

– All weights indicated are before cooked

– If you have cross order and placed New Year and non-New Year items, delivery will be combined with the selected timing

Deliveries:

– All deliveries are done by a third-party logistics

– This order is a frozen delivery item, items are vacuumed packed for freshness

– Items have been pre-roasted, please heat up before consuming (heating instructions included)

– Deliveries will be done between the selected timing

– A request for the delivery to reach at a certain timing is not valid

– We will not be responsible for delays in the deliveries due to bad traffic/weather conditions

– No deliveries are available on and after Christmas Day
