HOW TO USE

1. Use the spooly brush to comb it through your eyebrow hairs.

2. Pull out cap and turn the pencil holder for eye pencil to emerge. Slowly shade and fill in colour onto your eyebrows in small strokes.

3. Twist cap to open powder tip. Blend the pencil colour where it appears too harsh, pointed powder tip allows for precise application on the tail of your eyebrows.

4. Use the brush again to run through and your eyebrow hairs again and to blend them products out as necessary.
