Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. All products are covered with local warranty. Additional charges may be applicable in specific cases.
2. EuropAce retains the right to refuse product exchanges or returns in the event of incorrect model or color ordering. Customers are advised to carefully review their order before finalizing the purchase.
3. Any defects, damages, including cracked screens or physical harm to the device, must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Substantiating evidence in the form of photographs and videos taken during the unboxing process is mandatory. Failure to provide requisite evidence, may lead to EuropAce reservation of the right to dismiss all requests for product replacements or refunds.
4. EuropAce cannot rectify an incorrect delivery address. Customers are to cancel their original order and place a new one with the correct address.
5. Customers are required to retain the product packaging for verification purposes. The warranty will be rendered null and void if the product box or any associated store documents are missing. Please note that this warranty does not cover parts and accessories.
6. The warranty does not extend to complimentary items. During the warranty period, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
7. Any damage caused by customer, including but not limited to breakage, dents, burns, watermarks, or rust, will invalidate the warranty.
8. EuropAce does not accept exchanges or returns for products damaged due to improper usage or customer error in ordering, regardless of the circumstances.
9. In the case of delivery-related issues or loss, kindly inform us within 7 days of the shipment for investigation. EuropAce cannot investigate matters beyond the specified timeframe and retains the right to deny compensation in all instances.

11. This item is not intended for commercial use. Any such use may affect the warranty coverage.
