12%ABV . ''The fruit used is from a designated production area in Japan.

The yuzu used are from Mizuo, Kyoto, which is known as the birthplace of yuzu cultivation in Japan.

Yuzu from Mizuo are rare and precious because the fruit is now cultivated there by only a small number of farmers while preserving time-honored traditions.

Refreshing aroma and fresh flavor

The thick, tart flavor of yuzu from Mizuo combines with selected shochu distilled spirit to create a flavorful liqueur taste.

Label design with a very Japanese view

Prominently positioned yuzu fruits on the label express the juicy flavor of the liqueur. Also, the label effectively promotes the yuzu producer to anyone with an illustration of a historical streetscape of Kyoto, a famous tourist destination.

This fresh, light and acidic alcoholic drink is ideal to give Japanese accents to the aperitifs of the beautiful days.

The intensity of the lemony flavors is directly transmitted by the yuzu harvested in the small town of Mizuo, known as the cradle of the culture of this small citrus fruit.

It can be drunk neat with a few ice cubes, with sparkling water or as an ingredient in cocktails.
