To enjoy your tasty cup of SHAPE~TEA®, simply steep one teabag in a cup of boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Slowly sip and experience the tantalising taste of chrysanthemum. No Added sugar nor sweeteners is required. Begin your daily regimen of one teabag a day and gradually increase strength. You may vary the dosage according to your taste and needs. Drink after meals, preferably after dinner.

Each 100% herbal teabag contains: Senna Pods — 0.09g, Senna Leaves — 0.4g, Garcinia Cambogia Extract — 0.085g, Chrysanthemum — 1.925g.
