Marubun Swordfish Floss is made by selecting large white sailfish by a master with 10 years experience, and only selects 1/5 of the sashimi grade parts. It is made by a two-stage method of roasting and frying in an exclusive two-stage method. After fried till it's dried, it is put in a 360-degree roller pan and stir fry till golden. Using exclusive refined lard and big fish bones and with precise controlled temperature and humidity, the making of the fish floss particles are now completed. the fish floss particles each is full and thick, each bite is full and tastes rich.
