1.50 hours slow roasting with charcoal made from logan fruit tree using traditional technique, gives this tea a distinctive character. It's clear and clean in deep amber color with pleasant smell. In the mouth, it's rounded, full-bodied and balanced in its texture with coffee and cameral notes.

※Increasing 10-30 seconds steeping time with each infusion and repeat this process 4-6 times until there is no flavours remaining in the leaves.
