Firecrackers Sambal: This sambal is made with with no shrimp paste or belacan, a pure blend of red chilli padi with Casa Boga secret recipe ingredients. Is bolder in chilli taste with a clear sensation compared to belacan. This sambal is very suitable for grilled food like your chicken or fish. They give a firecracking sensation when eaten with milder food like keropok. This is one of the favourite variants from the Casa Boga Sambal range.
