This staple of coffee roasts has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water
Process Method
– void of chemicals
– a water process that uses hot water to plump up the beans and allow the caffeine to be gently extracted.
This resulting coffee does not cup like a decaf!
It is clean and bright, with full, lingering body. It possesses honey-like sweetness and pleasingly tart elements.
It is full of complex flavor notes not usually found in decaffeinated coffees.
